BATClub.co.uk Terms and Conditions of Use
These terms and conditions of use (the “Terms”), together with the Cookie Policy, Privacy Policy and the Terms of Sale, apply to your use of the website at www.BATClub.co.uk (the “Website”).
The Website is accessible only once you have registered a business account on the Website and fall within one of the two categories of retailer set out in section 2 below (“you” and “your”, as applicable).
Please read the Terms carefully before using the Website. If you do not agree to the Terms, you must not use the Website. We recommend that you print a copy of the Terms for future reference, but please note that we may make amendments to these Terms from time to time in accordance with section 7 below.
The Terms refer to the following additional terms, which also apply to your use of the Website:

- Our Cookie Notice https://batclub.co.uk/legal/cookie-policy, which sets out information about the cookies on the Website.

By accessing, and using, the Website you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who we are
- The Website is owned and operated by British American Tobacco UK Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 02346565, with registered address at Building 7, Chiswick Business Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, W4 5YG (“BAT”, “we”, “our”, “us”, as applicable).

2. Who can use this Website?
- Individual consumers are not permitted to use this Website.
- The Website is available only to retailers who fall under one the following categories: (i) retailers who contract with BAT under a separate pre-existing rewards agreement (an “Existing Retailer”); or (ii) retailers without pre-existing rewards agreements with BAT (a “General Retailer”).
- Existing Retailers will have access to the full range of rewards systems, as more fully described in their pre-existing rewards agreement.
- General Retailers may earn limited rewards points and may use such points for specific purposes under the terms of the specific earning mechanism. They will only have access to a limited range of the incentives, offers and functionality available through the Website.
3. We may suspend or withdraw the Website at any time and for any reason
- The Website is made available to you free of charge.
- We do not guarantee that the Website, or any content on it, including but not limited to our loyalty schemes and points earning features, will always be available, or that you will have uninterrupted access to all features and functions at all times.
- We may suspend or withdraw, or restrict the availability of, all or any part of the Website for business and operational reasons at any time without incurring any liability to you.
- We do not guarantee that the Website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
4. Your use of the Website and security
- When registering for, and using, the Website you must:
- comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
- confirm you are at least 18 years old to hold an account with (or be a user of), and access, the Website; and
- provide accurate and complete information during registration and use of the Website.
- You can manage your outlet information, including adding new users, through the “Outlet Management” tab in the Website. Any changes made to outlet information is subject to BAT’s approval.
- You must not misuse the Website by:
- knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful, or otherwise interact with the Website, or any part of it, in a harmful way;
- attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the server on which the Website is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Website or any other equipment or network connected with the Website; or
- interfering with, damaging or disrupting any software used in the provision of the Website or any equipment or network or software owned or used by any third party on which the Website relies in any way.
- You are responsible for configuring and securing your information technology to enable you to access the Website.
- You must keep your account details (including all security information we provided to you) secret and safe at all times. You must not disclose it to any third party. This includes not sharing your business account details with other people in your organisation. In the case of “multi-user” accounts, any additional employee users must be assigned their own separate login details for your business account.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Website via your business account are aware of the Terms and other applicable terms, and that they comply with them.
- We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if, in our opinion, you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of the Terms.
- If you believe anyone other than you has knowledge of your user name, code or password, you must immediately notify us at the email address [shown at the start of the Terms].
5. Using our materials and marks
- We are the owner, or licensee, of all intellectual property rights in the Website, and in the material published on it. All such rights are reserved to us or our licensors.
- You are not permitted to use any of our company names, word marks or logos in any way (including but not limited to any promotional purposes) without our express written approval (which may be under another agreement with us).
- You must not use any part of the content on our Website for any other purpose other than to partake in our loyalty schemes and to review your scheme review records with us (for example, around compliance).
- You shall not conduct or authorise any text or data mining or web scraping in relation to the Website or any features or functionality provided via the Website for any purpose, including the development of AI systems or models.
6. BATClub incentives and features
- You can track your rewards and campaigns through the Website.
- Where you may earn additional rewards, points and/or vouchers on the Website, such features may have their own terms and conditions that apply to the use of such function. You should read these carefully and ensure you understand the applicable terms before using such feature or functionality.
- All rewards earned through the Website are non-transferable and can only be claimed by you.
- You shall not have the right to redeem any vouchers for cash (or any other alternative not expressly stated in the specific terms of such incentive or feature) or transfer any points or rewards earned to any other entity or person.
- Your employees or any other unauthorized persons are not eligible to earn rewards or participate in any features of the Website on your behalf, except in the case of “multi-user” accounts where additional employee users have been given separate login details.
7. Termination and amendments to the Terms and the schemes
- BAT reserves the right to terminate, amend, update or discontinue the Website or any of its functionality or features (including but not limited to any rewards schemes) at any time without prior notice or liability to you.
- We reserve the right to amend the Terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use the Website, please check the Terms to ensure you understand the Terms that apply at the relevant time. The Terms were last updated on 01.09.2025.
- The schemes and campaigns (including the pay for performance, pay for compliance schemes or promotional campaigns) may be subject to periodic review and may be adjusted in terms of their nature and scope for any reason at BAT’s sole discretion.
8. Liability
- We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- The Website is provided for general information purposes only and does not offer advice on which you should rely.
- Although we take reasonable efforts to update the information we provide on our Website, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that such information is accurate, complete or up to date.
- We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:
- your use of, or inability to use, the Website; or
- your use of, or reliance on, any content or information displayed on the Website.
- In particular, we will not be liable for any of the following you may incur (whether direct or indirect):

10. Assignment
- We may transfer our rights and obligations under the Terms to any other organisation, including but not limited to, any of our group companies as part of an internal restructure.

12. Governing Law
- The Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes arising from or related to the Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
